Professional disclosures:
U.S. Department of Education Regulations 34 CFR 668.43 (a) (5) (v) and 34 CFR 668.43 (c) require disclosures by institutions regarding educational requirements for programs leading to professional licensure or certification, which applies to both online and on-ground programs. Further, 34 CFR 668.43(a)(5)(v) requires an institution to make readily available to enrolled and prospective students whether programs leading to professional licensure or certification meet educational requirements.
Students who join the MA in Counseling Psychology or PsyD in Clinical Psychology program will be provided with a disclosure document and asked to sign and return a copy.
