Adam has served as a psychotherapist, educator, writer, and editor. He previously served California Lutheran University’s Community Counseling Services through a grant from the American Red Cross, as well as the San Fernando Valley Community Mental Health Center’s Milestones (AB 109) program. As an educator, he had the honor to present on mental health topics such as mindfulness, mental health first aid, trauma, and secondary trauma to such organizations as 2-1-1, Interface Children & Family Services, Jewish Family Services, and the Coalition for Family Harmony. He has contributed writing to The Therapist, Mindfield (The Parapsychological Association), Connections (San Fernando Valley CAMFT newsletter), and the AAMFT-CA newsletter. Adam is a PhD Candidate in Transpersonal Psychology and holds an MA in Counseling Psychology with a certificate in Creative Expression, as well as a BA in Theatre and English from Muhlenberg College. He serves as Core Faculty and Clinical Coordinator for Sofia University.
