Courtney Williams has focused her profession on education since 2012. While completing her B.S. in Child and Adolescent Development at California State University, Fullerton, she supported students with disabilities at a local community college in the classroom and providing work training and job coaching. She has also been a registered behavior technician for children with autism and worked in administration at a non-profit for adults with disabilities.
Currently, Courtney is a full time instructor for adults with disabilities at a local community college and an adjunct instructor here at Sofia University, both in the MBA and Psychology department. Her goal is to support a variety of diverse learners and provide opportunities for students to also learn about diversity of their peers.
