Dina Ziadlou is an award winner, university professor, author, board member, and subject matter expert in digital transformation. She has served in the healthcare industry for 20 years at national and international levels. She has been serving as a university professor for 10 years in different universities to nurture future change agents and leaders in the Business Administration, Health Science, and Health Administration Programs. She is an award winner in her leadership position and also her academic journey.
In academia, she serves as a journal editorial board member, journal reviewer, jury of awards, and conference speaker. Likewise, she has designed and delivered several curriculums on diverse topics of innovation, health science, health administration, digital transformation, and leadership. With her transformational teaching approach, she has empowered diverse generations to be advocates of humanity and well-being for all beings to make a better future for our planet. Â Prof. Dina has published several articles in the area of healthcare transformation, healthcare leadership, and innovation development. She is known for publishing the idea of the Quadruple Change Framework for leading successful digital transformation in the smart healthcare ecosystem based on four dimensions (technical change, organizational change, social change, and global change). In her career path, she has collaborated with healthcare stakeholders, from academia to practical medical environments, to create meaningful (purposeful) digital transformation.
In her leadership journey, she is an award winner for innovation in digital health and process improvement. She has served in different positions as a director at health IT strategic planning department, Telehealth research center, and Health Organization Accreditation body, and also as a board member and chair of the digital transformation leadership at an international organization in collaboration with WHO (World Health Organization) to standardize the digital health standards globally and achieve Quintuple Aim of Healthcare. She has established successful digital health and Telehealth projects to reduce disparities, empower healthcare stakeholders, and achieve effective healthcare outcomes. She is an advocate of Sustainable Development and works on this important agenda to make our world a better place to live for all beings.
