I am passionate about creating a community of risk takers, follow their passions and dreams, while being true to who they are on the inside.
At age 30, as a single mother of five children, I went back to school and finished an A.A., B.S. in Psychology and Biblical Studies, and a CA Teaching Credential/M.A. in Teaching and Learning.
Teaching trauma survivors, using the theories of C. G. Jung and researching common career pathways using Myers-Briggs assessment; many students responded the survey showed them what they already knew, but they had forgotten. Trauma had gotten in the way of claiming their identity. Identity and transformation through trauma became my passion.
I completed my PhD in Jungian and Archetypal studies with Pacifica Graduate Institute, 2020. My dissertation topic focuses on the image of the Goddess Persephone, Underworld trauma, and providing clothing for victims of sexual assault.
