Dr. Olivia Jenkins, Ph.D, completed her undergrad studies in Psychology at University of Vermont, a Master’s in Interdisciplinary Psychology at Leeds Beckett University in Leeds, England, and a PhD in Transpersonal Psychology here at Sofia. She began teaching at Sofia in 2022. Olivia is a certified yoga instructor, trained in Energy Medicine and Shamanic practice, a researcher, and a writer. She is a published poet, and her latest collaborative research study, The Guru at Your Fingertips: An Exploratory Study of Spiritual Leaders on Social Media, was presented at Harvard Divinity School and the UK’s Spiritual Science Symposium. Additionally, Olivia is an avid traveller who loves playing the accordion, cooking for friends, swimming, walks in nature, and reading.
