She holds an MPA in Public Sector Management and Leadership from California State University, Northridge, and an MBA in Executive Management and Entrepreneurship from the California Institute of Advanced Management. She’s also a Certified Life Coach who has successfully consulted hundreds of international students, guiding them through crucial decisions related to their career choices and educational paths. She comes to Sofia with over 13 years of leadership in Recruitment, Admissions, Student Services, and International Relations in U.S. higher education. Ms. Li’s professional experience in national and regional accreditation, compliance, articulation, student counseling, and SEVP regulations brings extensive knowledge of best practices in enrolling and serving students across the globe.
